Description
The Sunstone Classic Series Flush Style 12 In. x 12 In. Access Door is your perfect solution for Outdoor Plumbing, Gas, Electrical, or Safety Access great for multiple installation types like Dry-Wall Board, Brick, or Veneer Stone. In addition, this door is great for accessing the Bottom Vent of a Ceramic Grill and features a Turn-Latch which can be optionally replaced for a Locking Latch keeping internal components safe. The door is specially designed, so it can be turned 180 degrees allowing it to be opened either Left or Right Swing.
The Classic Series Doors are the Most Sleek and Stylish of all our many series of components with its even #4 Light Brushed Finishes, they are offered with same matching finish as grill, and other doors and drawers with polished handles. Doors fit flush against island exterior wall, so it’s perfect for multiple types of installation whether on Stone or Stucco, and with pre-drilled frame holes allow for easy installation.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment — note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We highly recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 12x12 access door from Sunstone is pretty good. It installed flush with my outdoor kitchen island and the stainless steel feels durable enough for the elements. It's perfect for getting to the gas line behind my grill.
The C-SD12 access door is okay for the price. It works for accessing my electrical, but I wish the frame felt a little more robust when opening and closing. It's not bad, but not top-tier either.
I needed a small access point for my outdoor sink plumbing, and this 12x12 door was just right. The flush style looks clean and it was straightforward to install into my stucco island. Sunstone makes decent stuff for the price.
