Several Appliances, One Cutout
A Sunstone Grill Jacket is a formed stainless steel surround that frames a grill or burner and sets it cleanly into a stone, concrete, or masonry island. Jackets can sit side by side, such as a grill jacket next to a side burner jacket, to make one cutout without gaps or exposed edges.

Jacket Sizes & Compatibility
Each jacket accepts an appliance up to the maximum cut-out shown. Compare it with the cut-out size in your appliance's installation guide or spec sheet.

How to measure: use the cut-out width, height and depth from your appliance's installation guide. If all three are within a jacket's maximum, the appliance fits that jacket. Sunstone universal jackets are designed to accept many brands' appliances. For a model not listed here, compare its cut-out or ask our technical support. The 6" divider (SUNJKDIV6) joins jackets side by side so several appliances share one cut-out.
Classic SUN Gas Grill Jackets
The SUN3BJK, SUN4BJK, and SUN5BJK are older jacket models made only for the original SUN Gas Grill classic series, and they are now on clearance. They are not interchangeable with the newer Universal Appliance Jackets above.

Original SUN Grill Jacket Models
The SUN3BJK, SUN4BJK, and SUN5BJK were designed exclusively for the classic SUN Gas Grill series and are a different design from the current Universal Appliance Jackets. If you own an original SUN Gas Grill and need a replacement jacket, these are the correct models. They are currently on clearance while supplies last.
