Description
The 25" Sunstone Universal Appliance Jacket (SUNJK25) is a double-walled 304 stainless steel enclosure for installing a power burner in an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island. It gives the burner a heat barrier and proper venting and takes multiple burner brands out of the box with minor assembly.
It fits most power burners up to 19" W x 22" D x 10" H, or 12" H with the vent panel removed. The jacket needs a 23-3/4" W x 24-1/4" D x 13" H cut-out and allows zero clearance installation. The burner sits on the upper rim and hangs free inside the jacket.
A self-supporting raised ledge runs around the sides and back. Vents at the lower front and upper back edges pass excess heat and gas through, and covered utility ports on the left and right let you open only the side you need. It works with natural gas or propane. Fasten a cabinet peg-leg in each bottom corner and you can set the jacket and burner on a picnic table or blocks before the island is ready. Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Fit my power burner perfectly, just like the specs said for the 19" x 12" cutout. The stainless feels sturdy and it was easy to install in my island. Looks clean and finished.
Really glad I got this for my power burner. It insulates and protects the cabinets around it, which you want for safety outside. Dimensions were right on, nice snug fit.

Does what it should, protects the cabinet around my power burner. Build quality is good but I thought the price was a little steep for what it is. Install was easy enough, I just wish the instructions were clearer.
I've been building out my outdoor kitchen and this was the missing piece for my power burner. Handled the 22" depth of my burner fine and the finish matches my other Sunstone parts. Very happy with it.
