Traditional side burners use a single linear or star-shaped flame that creates hot spots. The Power Cirque uses three heavy-duty cast-iron Cirque™ burners that put a ring of flame under the whole pan, the same idea behind professional wok ranges.
At up to 65,000 BTU, it brings a stock pot to a rolling boil fast, keeps a wok screaming hot for real stir-fry, and holds the steady high heat you need for deep frying, canning, and big-batch cooking that would overwhelm a standard side burner.
