Description
The Texan Series 16 Inch Trash Drawer Unit (Item No. TEX-16TRD) is a pull-out trash drawer for the cleanup zone, with an ABS trash bin included. The bin holds leftovers, paper plates and anything else you toss. Its height matches the other Texan Series components.
The unit measures 16-1/4" W x 20-1/2" H x 20-3/4" D and needs a cut-out of 14-1/2" W x 19" H x 21-1/2" D.
The frame and paneling are 304 stainless steel, and the galvanized drawer box framing is protected from the weather. The handle is a solid 304 stainless steel rod. The even-toned No. 4 horizontal light brushed finish and large stainless steel rod handles sit well next to most other brands of grills and components.
Texan Series components are built by Sunstone Metal Products LLC, a Texas company.

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
The Texan Series trash drawer is okay. It fits well with my other Texan components, which is a plus. However, the drawer itself feels a little light and I worry about its long-term durability with frequent use. The bin included is a standard size, nothing special.
This 16-inch trash drawer is exactly what my outdoor kitchen needed! It integrated seamlessly with my other Texan Series units and keeps the area tidy. The single trash bin is a good size for an evening of grilling and entertaining.
I installed this trash drawer in my outdoor cleanup zone and it's been fantastic. The drawer slides smoothly, and having a dedicated spot for waste out of sight is a game-changer. It really helps maintain a clean and organized cooking space outside.
As a contractor, I appreciate well-built components, and this Texan Series trash drawer fits the bill. The construction is solid, and the 16-inch size is versatile for various outdoor kitchen layouts. My client was very happy with how it completed their setup.
No more unsightly trash cans sitting out during parties! This trash drawer unit is a must-have for anyone serious about their outdoor kitchen. It's super convenient to just pull out the drawer and toss waste, keeping everything looking clean and professional.
