Description
The Texan Series 16 Inch Double Drawer (Item No. TEX-16DD) is a two-drawer unit for the side burner or cleanup zone of an outdoor kitchen. Its height matches the other Texan Series components, so it lines up with the doors and drawers around it.
The unit measures 16-1/4" W x 20-1/2" H x 21" D and needs a cut-out of 14-1/2" W x 19" H x 21-1/2" D. The two drawers are equal in size, each 8-1/2" H x 12-3/4" W x 19" D, with room for cups, plates, BBQ tools and towels. They run on sturdy self-closing drawer tracks.
The frame and paneling are 304 stainless steel, and the galvanized drawer boxes are enclosed to keep the weather out. A 304 stainless steel rod handle is on each drawer. The even-toned No. 4 horizontal light brushed finish and large stainless steel rod handles sit well next to most other brands of grills and components.
Texan Series components are built by Sunstone Metal Products LLC, a Texas company.

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
I recently installed the Texan Series 16 Inch Double Drawer next to my side burner, and it's been a game-changer. The extra-large drawers are fantastic for holding all my grilling tools and spices, keeping everything organized and within easy reach. The stainless steel construction feels super solid and looks great with my other Sunstone pieces.
These drawers are exactly what I needed for my outdoor kitchen cleanup zone. They fit perfectly and the double drawer design offers ample storage for towels and cleaning supplies. My only minor complaint is the price point; it felt a little steep for just two drawers, but the quality is definitely there.
As a BBQ enthusiast, having good storage is crucial, and these Texan Series drawers deliver. The 16-inch size is ideal for fitting into various spots, and the drawers glide smoothly, even when fully loaded. Sunstone really knows how to make durable outdoor products that stand up to the elements.
The drawers are pretty good overall for storing my outdoor cooking essentials. They integrated well with my existing setup. However, one of the drawers seems to sit ever so slightly off-kilter, which is a bit annoying for the price. It's not a huge deal, but noticeable.
I'm a contractor, and I've installed many outdoor kitchen components. The Texan Series 16 Inch Double Drawer is well-built and the installation was straightforward. It really complements the side burner area, providing much-needed storage without taking up too much space. My client was very happy with the finished look.
