Description
The StarBBQ 24" Post-Mount Charcoal Grill with Cart (STARBBQ-24CHBS-PMR-RSE-CRT) from Sunstone is an open-fire charcoal and wood grill on a heavy-duty rolling cart, set up for backyard cooks who want control over heat.
A smooth crank adjusts the post-mount height. The raised V-track sear insert improves airflow and leaves sharp sear marks, and the diamond-pattern ExGrate cooking grate spreads heat evenly. The charcoal base is stable at high heat and makes ash cleanup easy.
It is built from 304 stainless steel and powder-coated cold-rolled steel. Overall size is 30" W x 45" H and 48" long, and it weighs 120 lbs.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

As a serious BBQ enthusiast, I've had a lot of grills, but this one takes the cake. The 24-inch cooking surface is perfect for entertaining, and the post-mount design is super stable. Assembly was straightforward, and the quality of the materials is evident. Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic charcoal grilling.
The grill itself is fantastic – really solid and cooks food beautifully with that open-fire taste. However, assembling the cart took a bit longer than expected due to some slightly unclear instructions. Once it was together though, it's a very sturdy and functional setup. Definitely worth it for the grilling performance.
This STARBBQ grill is a workhorse. The heavy-duty construction is exactly what I was looking for in an outdoor kitchen piece. It holds heat well and the charcoal flavor it imparts is fantastic. My only minor wish is for a built-in thermometer, but that's easily added. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
