Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States. We can ship products anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment — note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We highly recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

Wow, what a difference these 304 SS grates and charcoal tray make! My 30" Ruby grill is now a true charcoal powerhouse. The round inset for the charcoal is perfect, and the food gets that amazing smoky flavor I've been craving. Installation was a breeze too.
I'm a big fan of wood-fired cooking, and this charcoal and wood burning tray for my Ruby 3B grill is exactly what I needed. The heavy-duty stainless steel grates are fantastic, and holding up great to high heat. My steaks have never tasted better with that authentic wood smoke.
These 304 SS grates are super solid and clean up well. They fit my 30" Ruby grill perfectly. My only minor complaint is that I wish the charcoal tray was a little deeper to hold more briquettes for longer cooks, but it still gets the job done for most of my grilling.
As a BBQ enthusiast, I can confidently say this charcoal and wood burning tray with the new grates has transformed my 30" Ruby grill. The ability to switch to charcoal or wood for that extra flavor dimension is incredible. The quality of the stainless steel is top-notch, as expected from Sunstone.
The quality of these 304 SS grates and the charcoal tray is definitely there; they feel very durable. They fit my 30" 3B grill like a glove. While they work great and add versatility, I do think the price point of $559.00 is a little steep for what it is.
