Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
These grates are definitely solid 304 stainless steel, and they fit my 28" 3B grill perfectly. However, for the price, I was hoping for a bit more of a wow factor in terms of heat retention or searing. They get the job done, but it feels like a significant investment for replacement grates.
Wow, what a difference these Sunstone 304 SS grates make! My old grates were a mess, and upgrading to these 3/8" solid stainless steel beauties has made my 28" 3B grill feel brand new. Everything cooks more evenly now, and cleanup is a breeze. Highly recommend!
The quality of these 304 stainless steel grates is undeniable; they feel incredibly sturdy. They fit my 28" 3B grill as advertised. My only minor complaint is that they are quite heavy, making them a bit cumbersome to remove and clean, especially when hot.
I've had my Sunstone 28" 3B grill for years, and it was time for new grates. These 3/8" 304 stainless steel replacements are a significant upgrade from the originals. They heat up well and leave nice sear marks. Definitely a good investment to extend the life of my grill.
These Sunstone cooking grates are exactly what I needed for my 28" 3B grill. The 304 stainless steel is top-notch, and the 3/8" thickness feels really substantial. Installation was a non-issue, and my steaks are coming off the grill with perfect char. Very happy with this purchase.
