Description
The Ruby Cooking Grates with 15" Round Inset (Ruby-CIRGR3B-3pc) are a set of three 304 stainless steel grates for the 30" Ruby 3B grill. The grate bars are 5/8" thick for heat retention and even cooking.
The 15" round inset gives you a place for indirect heat grilling and round accessories. The set weighs about 8 lbs and covers the full cooking area. The grates resist rust and corrosion, food is less likely to stick, and they drop straight into the grill for replacement. For natural gas or propane models.

Customer reviews

These 5/8" 304 SS grates are a serious upgrade for my Ruby 30" grill. The heat distribution is so much better, and those perfect sear marks are finally happening consistently. Cleaning them is a breeze too, definitely worth the investment for any serious BBQ enthusiast.
The quality of these grates is undeniable, the 304 stainless steel feels solid and they fit my 30" Ruby grill perfectly. However, for the price, I was hoping for something that would truly revolutionize my grilling, and while they're good, they're not a night-and-day difference from my previous grates. The 15" round inset is a nice touch for a wok though.
Wow, what a difference these new grates make! The 5/8" stainless steel is super heavy-duty and holds heat incredibly well. My steaks have never looked or tasted better, and the 3-piece set with the round inset is perfect for my grilling style. Highly recommend for anyone with a Ruby 30" 3B grill.
These cooking grates are a solid replacement for my worn-out ones. The 304 stainless steel seems very durable, and they fit the Ruby 30" grill without any issues. They clean up pretty easily after a cookout, which is a big plus for me. Just wish they came with a little more detailed care instructions.
Absolutely love these grates! The 5/8" 304 SS construction is top-notch, and the fit on my Ruby 30" 3B grill is absolutely perfect. I've been grilling everything from delicate fish to thick burgers, and the even heat and non-stick properties are incredible. This set is a game-changer for my outdoor kitchen.
