Description
The CDZ42 is a Sunstone waterproof cover for 42" drop-in charcoal grills. It measures 48-13/16" W x 31" H and keeps the grill dry, clean and out of the sun, which extends the life of the grill.
The heavy-duty, weather-resistant waterproof fabric has an anti-UV coating that guards against fading and material breakdown, and it blocks dust and debris and helps prevent rust. Built-in tension around all edges holds the cover tight, which prevents condensation and water buildup and keeps critters out. It weighs about 3 lbs, goes on easily, and helps keep children from tampering with the grill knobs when the grill is unattended. See our warranty page for coverage.

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
This cover for my 42" drop-in charcoal grill is fantastic. It fits like a glove at 48.8" W x 31" H, and I'm really impressed with how well it repels water. My grill stays dry and clean, even after heavy rain.
I'm a big BBQ enthusiast, and keeping my equipment in top shape is important. This Sunstone cover does exactly what it promises – ultimate protection. It's durable and I can tell it's going to last a long time, keeping my CDZ42 looking brand new.
The waterproofing on this grill cover is excellent, no complaints there. It definitely keeps my 42-inch charcoal grill protected from the elements. My only minor gripe is that it's a bit bulkier to fold up and store when the grill is in use.
As a homeowner with an outdoor kitchen, protecting my investments is key. This CDZ42 cover is an essential accessory for my drop-in charcoal grill. It's robust and gives me peace of mind knowing my grill is safe from weather damage.
The cover fits my 42" drop-in grill perfectly and it's definitely waterproof, so it does its main job. However, for $86.00, I expected a slightly heavier duty material or some extra features. It's good, but feels a little overpriced for what it is.
