Description
The Sunstone Gulf Breeze Outdoor Kitchen Island Package (SCPGULFBREEZE10.2) is a 120" fully equipped island that fits a small backyard, a patio or a high-rise balcony.
The grill is a Ruby Series 5-Burner Pro-Sear (RUBY5BIR) rated at up to 120,000 BTU, with all 304 stainless steel I-Burners and an up to 15,000 BTU rotisserie back burner. A Ruby Series Companion Pro Griller (SUN13CPRO and SUN13CPRO-HOOD) adds an up to 30,000 BTU infrared burner. The 21" outdoor refrigerator (SAPFR21PRO) holds 4.1 cu ft, and the drop-in sink (B-PS21) is 21" x 21" zero-radius with a hot and cold faucet, soap dispenser and cutting board.
The cabinets are a 46" gas grill cabinet (SAC46GLPCD) with its trim kit (SCC46GTK3.25), a 20" appliance cabinet (SAC20CSDR), a 6" spacer base cabinet (SBC6SPEL) and a 24" double door base cabinet. All are 304 stainless steel and snap together, so you can adjust the layout. The appliances install drop-in. The countertop is not included.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Gulf Breeze package is a game-changer for our backyard. The 10-foot island gives us so much prep and cooking space, and the stainless steel feels incredibly durable. We've already hosted a couple of big parties, and everything held up beautifully.
Wow, just wow! The Sunstone Gulf Breeze package exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the cabinets and the grill is top-notch, and the expansive design truly makes our outdoor area feel like an extension of our home. Cooking out has never been this luxurious or easy.
As a contractor, I appreciate good construction, and this outdoor kitchen delivers. The materials are robust, and the modular design made installation surprisingly straightforward for such a large unit. It's a significant investment, but the durability and functionality are definitely there.
Overall, we're happy with the Gulf Breeze island. It looks fantastic and the cooking space is generous. However, a couple of the cabinet doors needed slight adjustment to align perfectly, and the instructions for the plumbing hookup could have been clearer. For the price, I expected absolute perfection out of the box.
The 10-foot size of this package is perfect for our large patio, and the grill performs well. We ran into a bit of a snag with some of the cabinet assembly, as a few pre-drilled holes didn't quite line up. It's a solid unit once together, but getting there was a bit more work than anticipated.
