Description
The Sunstone Ruby-Hybrid Pro Duo (SGP-R3B-CHSZ30) puts a gas grill and a charcoal/wood grill side by side in one package for an outdoor kitchen island. You get gas for quick searing and charcoal or wood when you want smoke flavor.
The gas grill puts out up to 60,000 BTU. Both grills sit in double-walled 304 stainless steel Universal Appliance Jackets joined by a center divider, so the countertop runs continuously across the top. The jackets allow zero-clearance installation in masonry or wood-frame islands.
Combined, the grills and jackets measure 66" W x 30" D x 30" H, and the package weighs 350 lbs. See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Ruby-Hybrid Pro Duo is seriously the best grill I've ever owned. The ability to switch between gas for quick weeknight meals and charcoal for those smoky weekend BBQ's is a game-changer. The build quality is top-notch, feels incredibly solid and professional.
The SGP-R3B-CHSZ30 is fantastic for entertaining; we've had so many compliments on the food. The gas side heats up fast and the charcoal gives that perfect sear. My only small complaint was the initial setup took a bit longer than I anticipated, but once it was in, it's been flawless.
As a contractor, I appreciate good engineering, and this Sunstone unit delivers. The dual fuel option is brilliant, giving me the flexibility I always wanted without needing two separate grills. Cooking on this is a dream, everything comes out perfectly cooked and delicious.
This Ruby-Hybrid Pro Duo is truly the centerpiece of our new outdoor kitchen. The combination of gas and charcoal/wood smoking capabilities means we can cook anything we want, any way we want it. It's a serious investment, but the quality and versatility make it completely worth it for any BBQ enthusiast.
The grill performs well, no doubt about it. The gas side is convenient, and the charcoal gives good flavor. However, for the price point, I expected a slightly more intuitive ash clean-out system on the charcoal side. It's a solid unit, just a bit much for what it is.
