Description
The Star BBQ 24" BBQ Cart Base with Wings and LP Tank Shelf (STARBBQ-24CART) is a rolling cart made for the Star BBQ 24" Charcoal Grill Base (STARBBQ-24CHBS). It puts the charcoal base on wheels for the patio, the backyard or a campsite, and with the base installed the cooking height is about 29", which is ADA compliant.
The cart is powder-coated cold-rolled steel and measures 52-7/8" W x 22-1/4" D x 28-1/2" H assembled. It weighs 32 lbs and has two wheels on the right side, so you tilt it and roll it. Two fold-down side wings give you prep space and fold away when you don't need them.
Below the grill there are two lower shelves for tools, fuel and supplies, plus a dedicated LP tank shelf. The lowest shelf is removable, which makes cleanup after a cook easier. The low, stable frame carries a heavy charcoal base with any of the 24" rims on top, whether that is the Santa Maria rim, the smoker hood or a post-mount accessory.

Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This 24" cart is a perfect fit for my Star BBQ charcoal grill. The powder-coated steel feels really sturdy, and those wings are super handy for holding my tools and spices while I'm cooking. Assembly was pretty straightforward, too.
The cart is definitely heavy-duty and the LP tank shelf is a nice touch, even though I'm using it for charcoal. My only minor gripe is that even with the wings folded, it takes up a fair bit of space on my patio. Wish it collapsed a bit more for storage.
