Description
The Texan Series 15" Ice Bin Drop-In (TEX-15IC) is a small insulated ice bin that drops into the counter for drinks and bottles. The body is fully insulated, and the weather-sealed cover with knob helps hold the cold and keeps rain and dust off the ice.
It measures 13-3/8" W x 15-1/8" D x 10" H and needs a cut-out of 12-5/8" W x 10" H x 13-5/8" D. It fits counters of different thicknesses. The insulated interior is 9-1/4" W x 11-1/8" D x 7-1/8" H, deep enough for ice, cans or bottles.
It comes with the insulated cover, knob, a standard diameter drain for melt water, and the hardware for drop-in installation. The bin is food-safe 304 stainless steel inside and out with a No. 4 horizontal light brushed finish that matches other stainless components. The zero-radius rectangle shape has 90-degree square edges and polished corners, and it is built for outdoor use but looks right indoors too.

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
This 15-inch ice bin is a game-changer for our outdoor kitchen. It holds a ton of ice and keeps drinks super cold, even on the hottest Texas days. Installation was a breeze too, dropped right into our countertop with no fuss.
The TEX-15IC does what it's supposed to – keeps ice cold. I just feel like for $262, the insulation could be a little thicker. It's good, but not outstanding for the price point.
I absolutely love this ice bin! It's incredibly well-built and the perfect size for our outdoor bar area. No more running inside for ice, which makes entertaining so much more enjoyable.
This ice bin is a solid addition to our outdoor setup. It's sturdy and the ice lasts a good long time. My only minor gripe is that I wish it came with a drain plug, but that's an easy fix.
As a contractor, I appreciate good quality, and this Sunstone ice bin delivers. The drop-in design made for a quick and easy installation, and my client is thrilled with how well it keeps ice. Definitely recommend for any outdoor kitchen project.
