Description
The Sunstone Designer Series Raised Style 15" Right Swing Single Door with Inside Shelf (DE-DVR15) is a 15" W x 23" H access door with a shelf behind it for oversized grill tools, spices and other BBQ supplies.
It measures 15" W x 5" D x 23" H and fits a 13-1/2" W x 21" H cut-out. The 23" height lines up with the rest of the Designer Series. It sits 1-1/2" off the finished wall and has a 4" deep inside flange, so it works with veneer stone, stucco and masonry islands, and an extra 1/16" trim runs around all sides of the frame.
The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, with a solid stainless steel rod handle. Soft-swing, cabinet-style hinges let the right swing door open up to 90 degrees. It installs built-in, horizontally or vertically, and matches Sunstone Cabinet Island products and other Designer Series components. See our warranty page for coverage.

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
The 15-inch door itself is pretty solid and matches my other Sunstone pieces well. However, the inside shelf is a bit smaller than I expected, making it hard to store some of my larger BBQ tools. Installation was straightforward enough, but that shelf could be more practical.
This single door with the right swing is well-built, as I've come to expect from Sunstone. The stainless steel feels durable. My only real gripe is the price; it feels a little steep for just a 15-inch door, even with the shelf.
I absolutely love this 15-inch single door! The raised style looks fantastic with my other Designer Series components, and the right swing is exactly what I needed for my layout. The inside shelf is super handy for keeping my grilling spices and smaller utensils organized and out of the elements.
As a contractor, I appreciate good quality, and this Sunstone door delivers. The 15" size was perfect for the space in my client's outdoor kitchen, and the installation was a breeze. The built-in shelf is a nice touch for extra storage.
This single door is exactly what my outdoor kitchen needed. The 15-inch width is ideal for accessing my propane tank, and the right-hand swing works perfectly with my grill. The quality of the stainless steel is top-notch, and it really completes the look.
