Description
The 29" Sunstone Universal Appliance Jacket (SUNJK29) is made for the SUN24PCB power burner and also takes several other power burner brands out of the box with minor assembly. It is double-walled 304 stainless steel and gives the burner a heat barrier and proper venting inside an outdoor kitchen or BBQ island.
It fits most burners with a maximum cut-out of 23" W x 12" H x 22" D and installs in either a high or low position. The burner rests on the upper rim and hangs free inside. A self-supporting raised ledge runs around the sides and back.
Vents at the lower front and upper back edges pass excess heat and gas through. Covered utility ports on the left and right stay closed except the one your gas or electrical line uses. It works with natural gas or propane. With a cabinet peg-leg fastened to each bottom corner, the jacket can sit on a picnic table or blocks until the island is built.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This appliance jacket is pretty solid and feels well-built. It took a bit more fiddling than I expected to get my power burner to sit just right, even with the 'universal' design. Once it's in, though, it's secure and looks good.
I'm so glad I got this 29-inch jacket for my Sunstone power burner. It fit perfectly into my island cutout and made the installation process a breeze. It really gives a clean, finished look and I feel much safer with it installed.
As a contractor, I always recommend appliance jackets for outdoor kitchens, and this Sunstone one is top-notch. The build quality is excellent, and it truly is a safety essential, protecting the surrounding cabinetry from heat. Plus, it just makes the whole setup look professional.
The stainless steel on this jacket is heavy-duty and looks like it will last forever outdoors. I had to make a couple of minor adjustments to the internal brackets to get my specific power burner model to sit flush, but nothing too difficult. Overall, a good purchase for the price.
This jacket does exactly what it's supposed to do – provides a safe and clean housing for my power burner. The 29-inch size was accurate for my cutout. It's a practical piece that makes my outdoor cooking setup much more complete.
