Description
The Signature Series 14" x 20" Beveled Frame Right Swing Vertical Vented Door (BA-VDVR1420) is an access door for the space inside an outdoor kitchen island. Its bottom louvers let air move through, which matters where a propane tank or gas lines are stored.
It measures 17" W x 23" H x 3" D and fits a 15" W x 21" H cut-out. The door is vented with bottom louvers. This is the right swing version; the left swing version is item BA-VDVL1420. The door opens 120 degrees on built-in hinge pins, so no hinges show on the face. Depth from the face to the frame mounting hole is 1-3/4". It fits a typical 4" island frame.
The frame is 16 gauge 304 stainless steel and the door panel is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel, with a No. 4 light brushed finish and the beveled frame that matches the rest of the Signature Series. It comes with the Signature Series Beveled Handle (zinc alloy, chrome plated).

Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
This 14x20 vented door is a solid piece of kit for my outdoor kitchen. The beveled frame looks really sharp and it feels sturdy, not flimsy at all. It was pretty straightforward to install for accessing my propane tank, and the left swing works perfectly for my setup.
I needed a vented door for my outdoor grill island to let some heat out and this one fit the bill. The 14"x20" size is good for what I needed and the stainless steel has a nice finish. No complaints, it does exactly what it's supposed to.
Absolutely love this door! I used it to create an integrated trash bin in my island and the venting is a great touch. The quality of the stainless steel and the beveled design really elevate the whole look of my outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend for anyone needing a sturdy access door.
The door itself is fine and the 14x20 size is accurate. It functions well enough for accessing the interior of my island. However, for a single vented door, I felt the price was a bit steep, even for the Signature Series. It's good, but not amazing value.
Wow, this door exceeded my expectations! The craftsmanship on the beveled frame is top-notch, and the left swing operates smoothly. It's the perfect size for getting to my gas lines and looks fantastic integrated into my stone island. Sunstone makes quality products, and this is no exception.
