Description
The Grill Thermocouple for Sunstone Gas Grill (item P-Tcouple) senses the pilot flame and controls gas flow to the burner, which keeps ignition reliable and helps prevent gas leaks. It comes in two lengths: 53" long for 28" and 34" grills, or 59" long for 42" grills.
It is corrosion-resistant stainless steel, weighs about 2 oz and fits Sunstone gas grills and Ruby grill parts. It runs on natural gas or propane and installs without professional help. See our warranty page for coverage.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

My old thermocouple finally gave out, so I grabbed this one. Installation was straightforward enough, but it took a couple of tries to get it seated just right for consistent flame sensing. It's working now, but I expected a smoother setup.
This replacement thermocouple was exactly what my Sunstone grill needed. It fit perfectly, and I had it installed in about 15 minutes. The grill fires up reliably again, which is a huge relief for our weekend cookouts.
While this thermocouple does function, it felt a little different from the original one that came with my grill. The lead length seemed slightly off, making the routing a bit more challenging. It gets the job done, but I wish it was an exact replica.
I was so happy to find this exact replacement part for my Sunstone grill! My old thermocouple was causing all sorts of ignition problems. Now, the grill lights up on the first try every single time. Highly recommend for any Sunstone owner needing a fix!
Needed a new thermocouple for my Sunstone and this one did the trick. It seems well-built and was simple to swap out. My grill is back to its old self, heating evenly and reliably. No complaints here, just happy to be grilling again.
