Description
The Sunstone Grill Flavor Zone (P-FL) is a dedicated up to 15,000 BTU burner for 28", 34" and 42" Sunstone grills that puts out intense, direct heat for searing.
It is 304-grade stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion, and runs on natural gas or propane. It measures 15" W x 10" D x 5" H, weighs 5 lbs and spreads heat evenly across the cooking surface. It installs easily in Sunstone and OCS Sapphire outdoor kitchen modules.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Sunstone Flavor Zone is exactly what my outdoor kitchen needed. The searing capabilities are insane, giving my steaks that perfect crust every time. Installation was a breeze too, just dropped it right in.
I'm a serious BBQ enthusiast and this Flavor Zone lives up to the hype. The direct heat it generates is fantastic for getting that restaurant-quality sear on everything from burgers to veggies. My family can definitely taste the difference.
The Flavor Zone really does enhance the taste and texture of grilled food, especially for searing. It fits well in my Sunstone grill. My only minor complaint is that cleanup can be a little tricky due to the intense heat, but it's worth it for the results.
As a homeowner who loves to entertain, this accessory is a must-have. The intense, direct heat it provides makes such a difference for getting a beautiful char and locking in juices. It's a premium product that performs exactly as advertised.
The Sunstone Flavor Zone does what it says, giving you good searing power. It's a solid piece of equipment. However, for the price, I was expecting a slightly more dramatic improvement over my existing setup. It's good, just not revolutionary.
