Description
The 66" Sunstone Hybrid Pellet Grill Base Cabinet (SAC66HGDC) holds hybrid and pellet grills from many brands with cut-outs from 54-3/8" to 60-1/2" wide. It is built from 304 stainless steel components that pin together into one cabinet.
The package includes three SCC22PTD, three SCC22BPE, one SCC16RARM and one SCC16LARM, plus adjustable height legs, front vented kick-plates, back kick-plates and solid 304 stainless steel rod handles. The SCC22PTD units form the base, each with one large drawer and a removable partition wall near the front to keep things organized. The drawers hold several large bags of pellets in different flavors along with utensils, rubs and sauces.
Each component ships fully assembled. Connect them with the pin-hinge connections and bolt them together with the provided bolts; once assembled, the cabinet is tested to hold the weight of most grills, including the heaviest countertops. The front vented kick-plate and rear solid kick-plate protect the base, the removable counter rail and covered side wall access ports make grill installation easier, the face panel can be replaced to change the look, and eight adjustable peg-legs level it on any surface. Add wheel casters (sold separately) to turn it into a rolling grill cart or part of a larger rolling island.
Assembled, it measures 66" W x 28-1/4" D with drawers x 34-1/4" H on the included 4" peg legs, which adjust up another 1-1/2". The trim-kit on the front face fits your grill: cut-outs 54-3/8" to 60-1/2" W x 16-1/4" H without rail x 24-1/2" max D, with a 3/4" counter. A thicker counter or backer board adds cut-out height. Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

This Sunstone 66-inch cabinet is an absolute game-changer for my outdoor kitchen. My 54-inch pellet grill fits perfectly, and the stainless steel is top-notch, really built to last. I love having all my grilling tools and accessories neatly tucked away right where I need them.

The 66-inch Sunstone cabinet is fantastic for housing my pellet grill and providing much-needed storage. The stainless steel is easy to clean and looks sharp. My only minor complaint is that the interior shelving could be a bit more adjustable for some of my taller items, but overall, it's a solid piece.
This cabinet provides an excellent, stable base for my large pellet smoker, and the space for propane tanks and wood pellets is super convenient. It's definitely a premium product and feels very durable. I'm really happy with how it integrates into my outdoor cooking setup.
