Description
The Saint Croix 96" Bar x 108" Island Design with Grill and Component Package (SKPSTCROIX-DES) is a complete outdoor kitchen package for cooking and entertaining, built around a Sunstone Ruby 4 Burner Grill with infrared burner and rotisserie, a double side burner, a premium double sink, an outdoor rated fridge and Designer Series components. The total output across the grill and rotisserie burner is up to 95,000 BTUs, on natural gas or propane.
The Ruby grill is all 304-grade stainless steel with edging that has no seams. Its 304 stainless fabricated I-Burners put out up to 80,000 BTUs, and the extra-wide rotisserie back burner adds up to 15,000 BTUs. Every burner position has independent Flame-Thrower ignition. The Ruby Series Double Slide-in Burner is 18 gauge 304 stainless steel with two up to 15,000 BTU brass Versa Burners (up to 30,000 BTUs total) and solid 3/8" 304 stainless steel raised cooking grates.
The Over/Under Double Basin sink is 34" x 12" height, in 16, 18 and 20 gauge 304 stainless steel, and installs undermount. The outdoor rated refrigerator holds 4.1 cu. ft. on three full-depth shelves.
The Designer Series Raised Style components share a 23" height for a clean horizontal line. They sit 1-1/2" off the finish wall so they work with most island structures, including veneer stone and stucco. An extra 4" deep inside flange suits all masonry stone types, and an additional 1/16" frame runs around all four sides of each component.

Shipping & returns
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship free to the 48 contiguous United States.
Larger (freight) shipments are curb-side only. A signature and possibly assistance may be required for unloading. We will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time, but the final details will be between you and the freight carrier.
IMPORTANT: ALL LTL DELIVERIES ARE CURBSIDE UNLESS WHITE GLOVE FEES ARE PAID. All reports of damage must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged in-transit, call us immediately at 888-934-9449 or 512-487-5116, preferably while the driver is still there.
Inspect all freight before signing the driver's receipt. If damage is found, do not reject the shipment, note the damage on the receipt and contact us. For concealed damage, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
FedEx and UPS claims are usually resolved within 14 business days. Freight shipper claims may take up to 120 calendar days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 60 days of original purchase, in original packaging and unused, for a full refund minus a 15% Restocking Fee.
Items cannot have been installed or used. Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, unless the error is on our part. All returned goods must be in new condition and in original cartons, well packed.
We recommend insuring products when shipping back to us. Returns will be rejected if the product is received damaged.

The Saint Croix island itself is solid, and the Ruby 4 Burner Grill is a beast. However, for the price, I expected the component package to be a bit more flexible. Had to do some extra work to get everything exactly how I wanted it, which was a minor frustration.
This Saint Croix setup is a huge upgrade to our backyard. The Ruby grill gets super hot and cooks evenly, and the overall design is really functional for entertaining. Just wish the assembly instructions for the island were a little clearer, but we got there.
Wow, this Saint Croix package is incredible! The Ruby grill with the infrared burner cooks steaks to perfection every single time. It's truly an all-in-one solution and looks absolutely stunning in our backyard. We've been using it constantly since it arrived.
The Saint Croix design is definitely eye-catching, and the materials feel high quality. The Ruby grill performs well, but the overall cost for this package is quite steep. It's a good setup, but make sure you're ready for the price tag.
We absolutely love our new Saint Croix outdoor kitchen! The 8ft bar and 9ft island give us so much space for prep and serving. The Ruby 4 Burner Grill is a dream to cook on, and the component package makes everything so convenient. Highly recommend this setup!
