Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
I was a bit nervous about converting my Ruby5BIR from NG to LP, but this kit made it surprisingly straightforward. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary parts were included, fitting perfectly. Now my grill is ready for our new patio setup, and the flame consistency is just as good as before.
This conversion kit for my 42" Ruby5BIR worked as advertised, allowing me to switch from natural gas to propane. Installation took a little longer than I expected, mostly due to tight spaces, but it was manageable with basic tools. The grill fires up beautifully now, no issues with performance.
The R-CKRuby5BIR-LP kit successfully converted my grill to LP, and it's working fine. The quality of the components seems good, as expected from Sunstone. My only minor complaint is the price point; it felt a little steep for what's essentially a set of orifices and a regulator.
Needed to convert my Ruby5BIR for a new outdoor kitchen layout, and this kit was the answer. The conversion was pretty simple, even for someone who isn't a professional. My grill is now running on LP flawlessly, and I'm back to cooking up delicious meals for the family.
This gas conversion kit for my 42" Ruby5BIR grill was a lifesaver! Moving to a new house meant I needed to switch from NG to LP, and this kit made the process incredibly easy. Everything fit perfectly, and my grill is performing like new on propane. Couldn't be happier with the quality and ease of use.
