Customer reviews
About our reviews: they come from verified direct customers and from our authorized dealer network, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon and other Sunstone dealers.
I needed to switch my Ruby4B from LP to natural gas for my new patio setup. This kit had everything I needed, and the instructions were clear enough. Took about an hour to get it all converted and tested, no leaks.
The parts in this conversion kit feel solid, definitely Sunstone quality. Swapping out the orifices wasn't too bad, but getting to some of them was a bit fiddly. Once it was done, the grill fired right up on NG.
This kit got my 36" Ruby4B running on natural gas, which is what I wanted. The components are good, but I felt the price was a little steep for what's essentially a few brass fittings and a hose. Installation was straightforward enough for a DIYer.
Absolutely thrilled with this conversion kit! I moved to a new house with a natural gas line, and this made switching my Ruby4B from propane a breeze. The grill performs flawlessly now, and I love not having to worry about refilling tanks.
I'm not the handiest person, but I managed to convert my 36" Ruby4B to natural gas with this kit without any issues. The flame looks good across all burners, and the grill heats evenly. Solid product from Sunstone.
